Terms of Use

Before signing onto the Chatplanet3k & ChatRush forum, chat, or any other community service, you must agree to follow our terms of use. Failure to follow any of these guidelines will result in immediate action which will always result in a ban from using our services. In some serious cases, we will notify the proper authorities.

We actively scan our chat server and the users for spam, proxies, drones, and zombie machines.

By signing on you agree to be scanned.

Site Guidelines (chat, forum, etc)

• Users must be at least 14 years of age to become a member of our community.
• Remain friendly and civil while posting messages and chatting.
• If you have been banned from the chat server do not attempt to reconnect.
• Advertising is now allowed anywhere.
• Any kind of "denial of service" attack is prohibited.
• The use of proxies, vhosts, or anything else to conceal your true IP is forbidden.
• By signing onto the chat, you agree to be scanned by our open proxy scanner.
• Flooding is not allowed.
• Illegal activity is forbidden.
• Sharing copyrighted material that you do not own the copyright to is forbidden.
• "War Scripts" are not allowed on the chat server.
• Adults found in teen forums or rooms are automatically banned and vice-versa.
• Pornography is not tolerated, neither is racism, sexism, or anything else obscene.
• Do not use disgusting words, phrases or anything else when chatting in server rooms.
• Chatplanet3k will never request your credit card information, your home address, or your phone number.
• We do not require you to give out the above information, and we warn you not to disclose any information of that sort to anyone on the chat server or forum.
• Anyone found threatening users, staff members, or anyone is automatically banned.
• IRC "bots" are not allowed on the chat server without the permission of a staff member.
• While we do allow mIRC, pretending to be connected from the JAVA client (spoofing) is not tolerated, ever.
• Idents and or fullnames may not contain advertisements, or links to other websites.
